Exploring Yoga and the Female Body Workshop Series

As a woman, yoga can be a powerful and remarkable tool for connecting with and understanding your body.

Join Jennifer More for an informative and illuminating series of workshops as she explores Yoga and the Female Body.

Traditionally yoga was created and utilized for the male body. As more women became interested in yoga, questions came up about the validity of the poses and sequences for the female yogi.

These workshops look at some of the variations that women’s bodies need to make practicing yoga safe and effective as well as exploring the benefits of using yoga techniques and movements to aid in preparing the body for pregnancy and supporting the female monthly cycle.

These workshops are open to yoga teachers and practitioners who are interested in learning more about the cycles of the female body from menstruation to preparing the body for pregnancy to menopause.

This is an inclusive workshop series. Everyone is welcome.

The course bundle includes the 3 workshops listed below. Each of the workshops has a scheduled live Zoom meeting date and time, as well as pre-recorded options for all enrolled students.
