As your Menopause Doula, I’ll guide you through a six-month journey of steady, whole-person support — something most women never receive during this transition. Together we’ll create a personalized plan that addresses your symptoms, strengthens your body, calms your nervous system, and gives you practical tools and advocacy you can use every day.

As your Menopause Doula, I:

  • Provide emotional, physical, and informational support.
  • Teach nervous system and stress-reduction techniques, movement, and corrective exercises.
  • Guide you in advocating for yourself with healthcare providers.
  • Offer personalized assessments and ongoing support.

I do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or prescriptions. My work is meant to complement, not replace, medical care. It is one piece of the puzzle — designed to work alongside your healthcare team to make menopause symptoms more manageable and to help you embrace this transition with greater confidence and ease.

Menopause Doula Packages

Standard or Premium Menopause Doula Packages Available.

Standard Menopause Doula Package (6 Months)

Steady support for women who want guidance at a gentler pace.

Initial Intake (2.5 hours, virtual or in-person):

  • Full review of menopause stage and history (or education if you are preparing for perimenopause).
  • Personalized list of questions and lab requests to bring to your doctor.
  • Nervous system stress assessment and initial regulation plan.
  • Movement and body balance evaluation with an introductory corrective fitness plan.
  • Goal-setting and a roadmap for your six-month program.

Ongoing Support:

  • One 1:1 Zoom session per month (90 minutes).
  • Adjustments to your movement and nervous system plan as your needs change.
  • Three personalized hypnosis or stress-reduction recordings during the 6-month program.
  • Monthly group support call for community and accountability.
  • Unlimited email support between sessions.
  • Optional: In-person sessions available for an additional cost if you live within 75 miles.

Premium Menopause Doula Package (6 Months)

Comprehensive, hands-on support for women who want to be guided every step of the way.

Premium includes everything included in the Standard package plus:

Initial In-Person Assessment (2–3 hours):

  • a comprehensive written Wellness Blueprint summarizing your doctor questions, nervous system plan, and personalized fitness roadmap.

Ongoing Support:

  • Weekly in-person sessions (for clients within 75 miles of Santa Rosa) or a mix of in-person and Zoom. These sessions include guided corrective movement practice and nervous system support, so you’re never left to figure it out alone.
  • Personalized exercise and nervous system techniques that can be woven into your life — whether you enjoy yoga, hiking, biking, or walking.
  • Six personalized hypnosis or stress-reduction recordings (one each month).
  • Receive a $500 discount toward an upcoming Power of the Pause retreat.

With this level of support, you’ll not only know what to do, you’ll actually practice it consistently enough to see real change in six months.

I’ve supported women through life’s most profound transitions for over 30 years. As a doula, I’ve attended more than 450 births. As a yoga teacher and corrective exercise specialist, I’ve helped thousands strengthen and restore their bodies. As a medical and clinical hypnotherapist, I’ve guided women to regulate stress and access resilience they didn’t know they had.

Once you are enrolled, you will receive an email inviting you to schedule your first 30-minute consultation with Jennifer. During that call, you can discuss your goals with Jennifer and also outline your program and schedule for the next 6 months. The balance of your doula package will split across the remaining 5 months.

Power of the Pause Retreat

At any point in your six-month journey, you can deepen your work with an in-person retreat. These retreats offer the space to step away from daily demands, reconnect with your body, and reset your nervous system in a truly immersive way. They are a powerful complement to your ongoing doula support — giving you dedicated time for restoration, community, and transformation.
