Allows time for assessment, implementation, and meaningful progression.

6-Month Mentorship

For women who want steady support, accountability, and deeper change.

This option includes:

  • Two 60-minute sessions per month (12 total sessions)
  • Ongoing plan adjustments as your body shifts
  • Personalized corrective movement and strength progression
  • Nervous system regulation tools tailored to your response style
  • Email support between sessions
  • Two personalized hypnosis or stress-regulation recordings
